Lily is a Textile Artist, Interior Stylist and Creative Tutor living in London.
Rooted in nature, her practice explores notions of slowness, connection and creating moments of calm in today’s busy world while embracing the mediative nature of stitching, weaving and natural dyeing.
Carrying this ethos into her Interior Styling projects, Lily experiments with colour, texture and light, while incorporating natural materials and hand crafted objects, to bring to life carefully curated spaces and homes. She has collaborated with clients including Brickworks London, One Fine Stay, The White Company and Interior Photographers.

Alongside her studio work, Lily teaches textile courses and creative workshops for clients including University for the Creative Arts, University of Reading, Hounslow Adult & Community Education, Enjoy Education and with private clients. She is passionate about teaching people new creative skills and sharing the positive effects that textiles have on mental health and wellbeing, and finding community. Lily will be leading her first creative textiles retreat at Rydal Hall, Lake District in Spring 2027.
Veerle Evens 2023
Combining her studio practice with her love of interiors, Lily is currently developing a capsule collection of textile pieces for the home. Inspired by details and treasures found in nature, each piece is hand made using natural materials and is carefully designed to bring a sense of calm and grounding into the home.
Lily is a graduate from The Royal College of Art where she was awarded with a Master’s Degree in Textiles and was the recipient of the Orla Kiely and Roger Walls Binns Scholarships. She previously studied at Chelsea College of Arts and graduated with a First Class BA Hons Degree in Textile Design.
